Cancellation Policy

Bagiya believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before the order is shipped.
• Prepaid orders, once placed can be cancelled within 24 hours and the amount will be refunded within 48 to 72 hours.
• COD orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• For cancellation, WhatsApp at 9330308818 within 24 Hours of order placed.
• Cancellations cannot be done once the order is confirmed by the customer.
• Cancellation directly through our website is not possible.
• The cancellation request will not be entertained if the order(s) have been shipped.
