You can only place a return request if you’ve received product(s) in a ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’, or ‘Not as Described’ state. Please make a video showing the defective/damage properly right from the outer package till the product display and WhatsApp us at 9330308818 mentioning the reason for returns. This should be reported within 48 hours of receiving/delivery of the product(s).

Incase of a size issue, we have an exchange policy for the garment. If you don't want a replacement, we will issue a store credit worth the value of the product. This store credit can be used in the website for further purchase for upto 3 months.

We have a reverse pickup facility for most of the pin codes. For pin codes that are non-serviceable by our courier partners against the reverse pick up policy, you will have to self-ship the product(s).

Make sure that the tag is attached to the product and that all related accessories are preserved. The packaging should not be tampered. The outside box should be sealed with cello tape.

For exchange or returns, please reach us via WhatsApp at 9330308818 and raise a return or exchange request. We shall process your reverse pick-up request within 24 working hours.

Please Note:

WE WON’T ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGE IN THE FOLLOWING SCENARIOS-

• Return request made outside the specified time limit of 48 hours from the date of delivery will not be entertained.
• If there is anything missing from the package including price tags, labels, all related accessories, original packing etc.
• Product is damaged due to misuse of the product(s)
• If the product(s) returned is found to be in used condition.

 

Can we return part of my order?

• Yes, a return can be created at item leveland if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/ exchange for any individual item. However, return can be initiated only once per order and any product(s) being returned needs to be returned in full including all components (tags, labels etc.) as well as any complimentary gifts or related accessories which came along with it.

 

 

Refund Policy

• No refund will be processed in any case, except for prepaid order cancellations.
• You will only get a refund of your net billing value. Discounts or any offers or gift card applied during the checkout will not be refunded.
• If the order placed is Prepaid then the refund amount will be transferred to your account via original payment method or UPI.
• If you wish to return the product, we will issue a store credit worth the value of the product which you can use for further purchase. This credit is valid for 3 months from the date it has been issued. The credits will reflect within 24 hrs of us getting the return product.
• We shall contact you for your payment details confirmation via WhatsApp or call.
• In case, the refund or store credit is not processed within the said time you can reach us via WhatsApp at 9330308818.
